Removing the rear seat reduces the weight of the vehicle and improves performance at the same time.
Our Clubsport carpet was adapted to the shape of the trunk and the removed rear seat using high-precision 3D scanning.
Premium Clubsport material: With our new ultra-light material, the weight has been reduced from an average of 3.5 kg to 2.5 kg.
Grip underside: The carpet has a rubberized underside that bonds with the original interior almost like Velcro. This prevents slipping and the carpet remains in position even during sporty driving .
The color of the carpet, edge and stitching is always black.

We work with the latest industrial sewing and cutting machines in order to be able to deliver the highest quality and highest precision on a repeatable basis using devices developed in-house.
Basically, the Box-X seam consists of 132 mesh
Stitches, for better visibility a contrast seam even consists of 264 stitches.
With this in mind, the precision fit of the carpet, net and struts was also developed.
The choice of materials for the net, carpet and sewing thread is also constantly being refined.
