We work with the latest industrial sewing and cutting machines in order to be able to deliver the highest quality and highest precision on a repeatable basis using devices developed in-house.
Basically, the Box-X seam consists of 132 mesh
Stitches, for better visibility a contrast seam even consists of 264 stitches.
With this in mind, the precision fit of the carpet, net and struts was also developed.
The choice of materials for the net, carpet and sewing thread is also constantly being refined.
